Behavior encompasses the entire thinking process and the resulting decisions a person makes. This thinking and decision-making are greatly affected by values and perspectives, which are shaped by one's experiences of social reality. Thus, the development of life skills is connected to value orientation. To adapt to the rapid changes and revolutions of modern life, we must continually refine and redefine life skills, or risk facing anxiety, frustration, solitude, confusion, and conflict.
